Valerie Boman, a Montana native, award winning quilter, and certified NQA judge, will be judging quilted entries for the ND State Fair this year.  Click here for information on the 2010 ND State Fair.  This PDF document will give you all the details to help you enter an item for judging at the state fair, including the submission form.  Entry deadline is July 12th, so don’t delay!
