About Us

Our mission is to promote quilting as an art form.

 

Our Goals:

 -   Support and unity of quilt guilds in North Dakota.

 -  Assist in certification of teachers, judges and appraisers.

 -  Edit and distribute a newsletter covering statewide quilting news.

 -  Publish a directory of quilt guilds, shops, teacher, et cetera.

 -  Help individuals form new guilds and assist established guilds.

 -  Continue documentation of historical and antique quilts in North Dakota.

 -  Maintain an informative and up-to-date website.

 -  Encourage national quilting teachers to come to North Dakota.

 -  Assist the ND State Fair in hiring accredited judges for their show.

 -  Encourage guilds to assist with State Fair premiums.

 -  Sponsor and plan an annual statewide quilter’s showcase.
